We are looking for a detail-oriented person with strong communication and people skills to join our Sell-side facing Relationship Management team. Key Responsibilities You will be an integral part of our Relationship Management Team, ensuring that clients are quickly onboarded across our platforms. You will be responsible for logging information into our CRM and other stores of information. As a key point of contact with our sell-side clients, you will be responsible for helping them various aspects of the interactions data workflow including onboarding, training as well as providing education around best practices. Through this role as point of contact, you will need to track their feedback and integrate that input into the product development process. As a rapidly growing, international firm, you will have the opportunity to work with colleagues across functions including product development, operations and sales to build client feedback into marketing outreach and the product itself. Qualifications Bachelors/BA in job related discipline (e.g. business, finance) or equivalent work experience. 3 to 5 years of work experience with some level of business/data analysis or other relevant technology. Technical skills including advanced Excel, Salesforce reporting and dashboards, and Google Analytics are preferred. Knowledge of financial data and research industry data products are preferred. Understanding of sell-side interactions and transactions are a major plus. Excellent written, oral communication, presentation and telephone skills are required.
