The Financial Services Group at Robert Half is working with a $11 Billion Manager in NYC seeking a Senior Business Analyst – member of the Operations and Project Management team. Senior Business Analyst is responsible for assisting in implementations and enhancements of software products across the business.
· 5-7 years of experience in Financial Services – Wealth Management preferred. · Portfolio Accounting Software knowledge. · Experience with Portfolio Accounting Systems and CRM · Experience in working on projects within a structured Project Life Cycle (eliciting and documenting business requirements and specifications, creating and executing test plans, coordinating user acceptance testing and problem tracking) · Strong analytical skills and writing skills, with solid experience in writing business and functional specifications · Ability to collaborate effectively across a wide spectrum of internal users · Required technical skills include Excel, SQL, Word, Visio Work with Business Partners to identify scope and gather detailed requirements · Interface with vendor partners and design optimal solutions to meet business requirements. · Work directly with and serve as the liaison between business units, technology team and support teams. · Assist in the enforcement of project deadlines and schedules. · Assist in quality assurance and defining testing strategy and risks. Provide significant contributions in the testing and debugging of new software or enhancements to existing software.
