This individual would be performing anti-money laundering surveillance on the accounts maintained at the Wealth Management Private Bank business line.This surveillance is accomplished by reviewing alerts and analyzing suspect accounts for possible money laundering and other suspicious activities. The analyst will also determine if the activity makes reasonable sense for the client / institution. The reviews involve performing background research on entities and/or individuals using both public domain and database search services such as LexisNexis and fully documenting research and results. Certain reviews will also involve contacting branch personnel to obtain necessary information about customers and account activity.
Minimum Job Requirements: Education Requirements: College Degree. Experience/Background:
3 to 5 years of wealth management / financial services AML monitoring experience.
Strong analytical writing and communication skills and have excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in the following systems/software is required: Microsoft Office, Fortent / Actimize / SAM, LexisNexis, Internet Explorer, case management systems, and / or various Compliance Related systems.
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:
