This position will:
- Evaluate commercial real estate and other investment opportunities, preparing discounted cash flow models and additional financial analyses. Conduct deep market studies in transaction markets and capital markets, to include underwriting and valuation, market analysis, and comparative studies; utilize valuation and modeling skills (Argus, Excel) to develop cost of capital, valuation methodologies, returns calculations, sensitivity analysis, NPV, and IRR.
- Prepare discounted cash flow and other financial analyses.
- Play key role in developing and presenting commercial real estate and other investment summaries, delivering strategic recommendations to senior management for approval.
- Analyze, compile, and write necessary information for investment committee review and/or investor presentations.
Candidates should have 1-3 years of relevant experience, Argus modeling skills, proven math and quantitative skills, demonstrated written and oral communication skills and most importantly a passion to learn the CRE business with a major firm. The firm will look at candidates without relevant RE experience if they are from top schools and have a burning desire to grow a career in this industry.
