A tier-1, global financial technology vendor is seeking a global head of client management to be based in their New York City office. The key objectives will be retention and overall client satisfaction of a multi-million dollar book of business while simultaneously identifying new growth opportunities and setting strategic roadmaps for the sales teams to follow up and deliver on. This is a hands on leadership position, where you will hire, train and develop a team of relationship managers geographically dispersed around the globe.
