The Policy Owner Identification Unit in the Service Controls and Commissions department at New York Insurance Company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to handle the following functions:
Use vendors to locate new addresses for policy owners with unclaimed mail.
Supprt National Change of Address program to ensure policy owner addresses are accurate.
Assist with due diligence on unclaimed properties.
Answer phone calls related to address search programs.
Pick up & sort daily output from Mail Center.
Requirements: -A college degree and/or a minimum of 1-3 years Customer Service experience working in a corporate environment preferred. - Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle customer challenges in a professional, positive manner. -Must have a customer-centric focus ensuring positive customer experience in all actions. -Excellent organizational skills are required along with a strong attention to detail. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office is preferred
