The Meeting Planner & Administrator will support the work of the Manager Research group in evaluating, monitoring, and developing relationships with managers for investment by Cambridge Associates' clients. The Meeting Planner & Administrator will work as part of a team that supports Manager Research Operations across a global firm.
Manage meeting participation for Cambridge Associates (C|A) offices globally by scheduling and facilitating connection to meetings occurring via audio and video conference.
Work with Research and Investment Directors to schedule and ensure C|A participation at annual and/or quarterly update meetings and calls with select managers. Manage schedule of meetings, prepare pre-meeting information packets for attendees, and manage a process for post-meeting capture of notes and analyses.
Help to manage schedule of internal department and committee meetings, including working with Research leaders to create and distribute meeting materials.
Schedule and maintain a log of meetings with managers, including those hosted by C|A research, as well as those attended on behalf of clients.
Act as point of contact for managers requesting to schedule a meeting with C|A.
Work with the Manager Information Group to ensure timely communication of quarterly updates and create efficient flow of information between MIG and Research.
Associates Degree or BA/ BS required
1+ years of related experience, preferably in financial services
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple requests for information
