The Role: This is a high profile team that is responsible for managing the CRM of the Asset Management division with users from over fifteen different groups across the globe. The team manages a complex implementation of Salesforce and handles the day-to-day user support and training as well as the documentation, configuration, testing and rollout of new functionality and enhancements.
The CRM Business Analyst will be the primary point of contact for a designated number of subsidiaries and he/she will be responsible for ensuring the CRM best supports their needs and resolving any user support issues. The CRM Business Analyst also functions as a member of a team, working with other BA's to ensure all groups on the Asset Management CRM are fully supported.
The CRM Business Analyst is responsible for addressing user questions and requests in a timely manner. When requests result in changes to the system, he/she will be responsible for documenting business requirements, analyzing solution options, prioritizing enhancements and configuring the solution in Salesforce.
The CRM Business Analyst should keep up-to-date with Salesforce releases and seek out new tools and functionality to improve the CRM for the user base; he/she should make recommendations to enhance Salesforce in order to better support our businesses and implement these suggestions.
This position requires an individual who is both self-motivated and detail oriented; a strong communicator who is comfortable interfacing across multiple departments and with individuals at various levels of the organization.
Perform all the duties associated with being a CRM Administrator on a complex Salesforce CRM
Analyze client requirements, determine solutions and make appropriate changes to the CRM
Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, etc.
Effectively resolve user issues and create strong working relationships with all levels within a group
Ensure all business requirements are captured and all changes to the system are fully tested before being rolled out to the users
Work across multiple, global, internal business and technology groups and assist and/or lead the initiative (depending on the scope) from the initial planning stages through to requirements documentation, system configuration, testing, training, implementation and on-going support
Qualifications Basic Qualifications:
Certified Salesforce Administrator 201 or equivalent work experience
Bachelor of Science or equivalent work experience
3+ years of Salesforce configuration experience and support of a large user base
Certified Salesforce Developer 401
Knowledge of VisualForce, Apex and SQL
Adept with Salesforce's declarative capabilities and deployment of change sets
